Senior Full-Stack Developer (Future Tech Lead)

As we grow, we are investing in a more scalable development structure, including a new senior full-stack developer who can grow into a future Tech Lead role. 

Role overview 

You will be hands-on across the full-stack (Angular + .NET Core), owning complex features and gradually becoming a go-to technical authority. You will be instrumental in understanding our domain (accountancy for the real estate market) and codebase and in preparing for the formation of a second development team where you will take on the Tech Lead role. 

Key responsibilities 

• Work across front- and back-end (Angular, C# .NET Core, SQL) 

• Dive deep into domain logic and existing systems 

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction 

• Drive peer code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing 

• Partner with Product, QA, and UX to ship valuable features fast 

• Prepare to lead a new team technically within 6–12 months 

Must-haves: 

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development 

• Proficiency in Angular and C# .NET (Web API) 

• Strong grasp of software architecture and design principles 

• Experience maintaining and extending complex applications 

• Effective communicator, mentor and team collaborator 

Nice-to-have: 

• Experience in fintech or accounting software development

• Familiarity with financial systems, APIs, or compliance-related workflows is a plus

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines 

• Familiarity with CQRS patterns and established software architecture practices

• Previous team lead or mentoring experience 

• A2 level Dutch
